Stomach ulcer is a painful condition which affects people of different ages. Have you been dealing with this condition, maybe even spending large sums of money on medications? I show you a simple yet effective herbal solution for stomach ulcer in this article.
What is stomach ulcer?
Your stomach secretes an acid which helps with food digestion, specifically hydrochloric acid. This acid helps in breaking down proteins during digestion of food. However, what happens when this acid is released when you haven’t taken food for a period of time?
It simply begins to eat up your stomach walls. The stomach is protected by a lining of mucus. With time, this acid eats up the mucus protecting the stomach walls, and the acid begins to destroy your stomach tissues.
This is what causes the pain of stomach ulcer. This condition can be treated herbally, and I will reveal this shortly.
Herbal solution for Stomach Ulcer
Plantain Skin
The herbal solution which will treat stomach ulcer once and for all is found in plantains. Yes. The plantain skin. Take some fresh plantain peels (not ripe plantain), cut them up into little pieces and boil in a pot of a few cups of water. Allow to boil for up to 20 minutes. Filter out the solution and allow to cool. You can bottle it and store in a fridge (please do not freeze to avoid denaturing it). Only keep cold by adjusting your fridge temperature between 3-6o Celsius.

If you don’t have a fridge, then boil just a little you can use for a day. Please do not keep it overnight to avoid spoiling. Boil just what you need for the day. This is to guarantee its freshness and effectiveness.
